1. Which payment methods are possible?
The Inateck webshop supports the following payment methods:

  • Paypal
  • Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card and American Express, etc.)
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • bank transfer
  • Sofortüberweisung

2. To which countries does the shipment take place and how much are the shipping costs?
We deliver to all EU countries, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
To Germany:

  • Free shipping within Germany.

For other countries, please check the shipping fees during the order process.

3. Shopping without VAT:
If your company is based in Germany, it is necessary to pay sales tax.

If your company is located in an EU country other than Germany, you can place a tax-free order using your company's VAT number. Just enter the VAT number in the order process, the correct data format should be 2-letter country code + 10 digits. Then when you go to checkout, a tax-free price will be automatically displayed.

Please note: If you have entered the VAT number during the order process, it is not possible to apply a coupon code during the order process. You can send an email to support@inateck.com to later receive a partial refund for the missing discount from our customer service.

4. Which shipping company carries out the delivery?
DHL, DPD.

5. How long do I have to wait for my order?
After payment confirmation, we usually ship within 2 working days. In total, it will take about 3-5 working days to reach you.

6. Is there shipment tracking?
As soon as your package has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information and a link that you can then check yourself. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service by email at support@inateck.com

7. Warranty
Our products come with the usual 24-month warranty period.

8. What should I do if I have problems with a product or receive the wrong product?
If you received an incorrect item, the item is missing or the item is defective, please contact our service team by email at support@inateck.com within 7 days of the problem occurring. We will correct order errors as quickly as possible.

9. Can 2 voucher codes be used for one order at the same time?

No, you can only use one voucher for one order.
