For quality-related problems:
- Our products are covered by a warranty period of 24 months from the time of transfer of risk – i.e. from receipt of the goods.
- Lifetime technical support: Where possible, we offer permanent technical support, even for products that have exceeded the warranty period.
- If you encounter any problems with one of our products, please contact us by email at support@inateck.com . It will help us to process your request if you provide the order number, the product serial number (SN, usually found on the product), a photo if any damage is visible, and a detailed and accurate description of the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible and always ensure a satisfactory solution.
For non-quality-related problems:
- 30-day money-back guarantee for non-quality-related issues. Simply send your intact and undamaged Inateck product package back to us (F&M Technology GmbH, Fraunhoferstraße 7, 04178 Leipzig) within 30 days of receiving the goods. Please enclose the invoice or a piece of paper with your order number in the package for identification purposes. Please keep the tracking number for further enquiries. Shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. It is not mandatory to state reasons for the return.
Restriction:
- Our return and exchange service is limited to all purchases made on Inateck's official sales platforms, including our official sites, Amazon and eBay Store, etc. If you purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly. (Unauthorized resale of Inateck products is prohibited).
- Inateck's limited warranty is limited to the country in which the product was purchased. The limited warranty does not apply to items shipped outside of the country in which they were originally purchased or shipped directly from an authorized online purchase.
