[Multi-Ports PCIe to USB 3.2 Gen 2 Card]: Expands one PCIe x4 slot on your PC to three USB Type-A ports and two USB Type-C ports.
-
[Fast Data Transfer]: The USB-A port near the PCIe interface exclusively uses 10 Gbps bandwidth. The other four ports share 10 Gbps. Each of the ports theoretically reaches up to 10 Gbps when used alone.
-
[Wide Compatibility]: The expansion card is compatible with Windows 7, 8, 10 and Mac OS 10.8.2 and above. When running on Windows 7, installing a driver is required. The driver can be downloaded from our official website.
-
[Easy installation]: The card draws power directly from the PCIe slot on the motherboard. No external power adapter is required. This guarantees easy installation. Low profile not supported
-
[Safety First]: The USB Type-A ports have a maximum power of 5W, the USB Type-C ports have a maximum power of 15W. All are equipped with overcurrent protection.

1. Please contact the motherboard manufacturer and check the following.
- a. Make sure the PCIe interface protocol is PCIe 3.0 or later.
- b. Make sure that the lanes assigned to the PCIe interface are x4 or higher. Note that the lanes assigned to a PCIe x4 interface can be x2 or x1.
- c. The number of lanes on the motherboard is fixed. When multiple PCIe interfaces are used, the actual transfer speed for each interface is lower than the theoretical maximum speed. Consider a 16-lane motherboard that has two x16 PCIe interfaces that support PCIe 3.0. Theoretically, each of these two interfaces can reach a maximum bandwidth of 128 Gbps. However, when the two interfaces are in use at the same time, the lanes assigned to each port are evenly divided into x8, so the maximum available bandwidth is now 64 Gbps.
2. Check that the device connected to the PCIe card and the cable used support 10 Gbps bandwidth.
If necessary, contact the device manufacturer.
You can quickly check if your cable supports 10 Gbps bandwidth using the following methods:
- a. Is the cable shorter than one meter? In general, there is a relationship between cable length and bandwidth. A shorter cable can theoretically transfer data faster. Studies have shown that cables longer than one meter rarely, if ever, achieve a bandwidth of 10 Gbit/s.
- b. If you purchased the cable very cheaply, it is likely that the cable does not support 10 Gbps bandwidth. Sometimes price determines quality. The cost of manufacturing a cable that supports 10 Gbps bandwidth is generally higher than the cost of a regular cable. This affects the price of the cable.
- c. Contact the cable manufacturer to check if your cable supports 10 Gbps bandwidth.
3. Check if other ports on the PCIe card are in use.
- The total bandwidth of the 5 ports on the PCIe card is 20 Gbit/s.
- The USB Type-A port near the PCIe interface consumes only 10 Gbps bandwidth. The remaining four ports share 10 Gbps bandwidth. When these four ports are used simultaneously, the PCIe card intelligently allocates the bandwidth to the appropriate external devices.
