A notice:

Because the USB 3.0 protocol limits bandwidth to 5 Gbps, our USB 3.2 Gen 2 hubs cannot provide higher speeds if the connected storage devices, computers, adapter cables and adapters only meet USB 3.0 specifications.

Power Delivery connection

This port supports up to 100W power input. Please keep the information below in mind:

• All hubs consume power themselves when in use. The HB2026 itself consumes 15W, so the actual charging power will be slightly less than the charger's rated power. In general, this makes no difference.
• When the computer is running high power consumption programs and all USB ports of the hub are connected to devices, the devices may not work properly due to slow charging speed or insufficient power supply if the computer's original power adapter connected is low power (for example, MBA comes with a 30W charger).
• The maximum input power of 100W supported by the hub is a threshold, and the actual charging power is determined by the charger. If you expect 85W charging power, please make sure both the charger and charging cable support 100W charging power.

charging mobile devices

The HB2026 features 3 USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports (including 2 USB A ports and 1 USB C port), each of which can be used to charge small mobile devices such as phones or tablets.

• The current test data is as follows:When a MacBook Pro 2021 is connected to the HB2026 via the original 67W charger, it takes about 3 hours to fully charge an iPhone with 20% battery capacity; it takes about 4.2 hours to fully charge two iPhones at the same time with 20% battery capacity; it takes about 4.8h and 4h respectively to fully charge an iPhone and an iPad at the same time with 20% battery level.

A notice:

• Since the hub can only allocate 15W of power, please pay attention to the power occupied by other devices connected to the hub when you need to charge mobile devices via the hub. Otherwise, the hub will automatically reduce the charging power to ensure that other devices do not stop working due to insufficient power supply.
• The 2 special ports for keyboard and mouse are not suitable for charging other devices. Estimated operating power of some external devices: Mouse: 5V/0.1A, USB stick: 5V/0.1A, camera: 5V/0.3A, keyboard: 5V/0.5A.

• The hub comes with a 50cm cable that allows you to freely adjust the cable length. This is an ideal option for various scenarios, for example, it can prevent the hub from falling when the laptop is on a stand.
• The hub’s HDMI port supports resolutions up to 4K.
• To avoid signal interference between wireless keyboards or mice and USB3.0 or USB 3.2 devices, HB2026 is equipped with two USB ports specially for your keyboard and mouse. So please plug the adapters into these two ports when you want to use your wireless keyboard and mouse.
